MumCorner Policies
1. Orders & Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
Please make sure your information is correct before completing your purchase — we want
your order to reach you smoothly.
2. Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location.
You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Your comfort and safety matter to us — always.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused,
unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and medical safety, breastfeeding devices and opened accessories cannot be
returned or exchanged.
Exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has a confirmed
manufacturing defect.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
• unavailable stock
• verified manufacturing defects
Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed unused and unopened, your refund will
be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Please allow a few business days for the transfer to be completed after approval.

All MumCorner products are medical-grade and designed with your wellbeing in mind.
Please follow the care and usage instructions provided with each item to ensure safety and
