We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Breastfeeding devices and opened accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and medical safety.
- Exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Unavailable stock
- Verified manufacturing defects
Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed unused and unopened, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Please allow a few business days for the transfer to be completed after approval.
